Save 20 € by becoming member of Agroecology Europe (AEEU) before registering to the Forum!
Please note that the sum of Forum registration plus the Agroecology Europe membership’s fee is always cheaper than the price of the Forum registration fee alone for the non-members! Therefore, you may achieve a lower fee, if you i) become an AEEU member (see instructions here) or ii) by paying your membership fee to Agroecology Europe (for already members)

The registration fee includes: participation in the Forum, printed material on the event program, a ceramic cup, dinner on the 1st Forum day and lunches for the following two days, coffee breaks for all Forum days. The registration fee does not include accommodation and participation in the field trips (optional).
* Three optional field trips are proposed in the afternoon of the 2nd Forum day (Friday, September 27) with meal included in each field trip (check here for further details). In the registration platform you have to indicate a preference for one of the field trips. Notice: in case of uneven distribution of participants to the field trips, a change of preference is very likely to be asked.
NOTICE FOR FIELD TRIPS (SEPTEMBER 2019): THE ONLY AVAILABLE FIELD TRIP OPTION IS FIELD TRIP 1.MELITAKES
For students, there is a limited nr of beds available in the hosting institute dormitories (two-beds rooms), within the HMU Campus. A first-registered/first-reserves policy will be applied, as well as a student ID document will be required.
